The health and wellbeing of our team members, and their families, is of paramount importance as we endeavour to maintain a robust and highly skilled workforce.
All Bama Services employees have the potential to be highly engaged and successful. We acknowledge that some of our employees experience challenges such as health, wellbeing, housing, legal, lack of skills and experience, financial and social issues and, as a result, experience barriers in the employment arena. We have developed a mechanism to enable our employees to overcome these barriers and function at the level of which they are capable. Whilst the program aims to address personal, social and other issues, it also involves the realisation of professional goals and personal aspirations. Underpinning the program is the expectation that all employees will take full responsibility for their conduct and exercise the opportunities that a job at Bama Services provides. We do this with the objective that the process will be empowering and enable development of skills, knowledge and independence.
