A Remembrance Day that we will be remembered. Due to a couple of hiccups and some misinformation on the internet(who would believe the internet could be wrong!!), Djarragun Girls Boarding ended up at Edmonton for the service. We weren’t in the right place. Sigh. The girls were amazing, and with the small group who had also turned up, the decision was made to pay our respects. So, The Last Post was played, a minutes silence observed and a returned soldier read The Ode. What a really amazing morning. Conversations had, all very impressed with our very impressive girls. Also, one of the visitor’s wives, who was in Brisbane today, was a former DP at Djarragun. Small world.
