Submission to the Qld Human Rights Act Inquiry 2016

Representing Cape York Institute Harold Ludwick appeared before the Human Rights Act Inquiry Committee in Cairns on Monday night, 16 May 2016.

The Cape York Institute submission argues that any Human Rights Act in Queensland should make sure that governments and parliaments have to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people before making laws that affect them and that a Queensland Indigenous representative body should be set up for that purpose.
