Most team members reside permanently in Cairns and others orbit to Cairns to gain experience and qualifications, before returning to their home communities.
Due to rapid growth in the division, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Garden Maintenance Supervisor who is capable of actively planning, coordinating, supporting and efficiently managing the team’s operation duties and responsibilities, within the framework of the Bama Integrated Management System philosophies, strategies and systems.
You should have a keen interest and passion for what you do as well as a keen eye for detail and pride in your work. This role provides a great opportunity for you to lead and mentor a young team of trainees and to manage and exceed client expectations.
To be considered for this role you will also need to have:
- Current driving License – minimum C Class, but LR Class preferred. Must be able to drive manual
- Hold CPCCWHS1001 Work safely in the construction industry (White Card)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certificate III or higher in horticulture, landscaping or similar field is desired
- Possess a Working with Children Blue Card and successfully complete a Police Check.
