This is an exciting opportunity and challenge to assist in coordinating the delivery of Opportunity Products, Pama Opportunity Accounts and other supported self-help services. This will be providing support through its physical O-Hub footprint in Aurukun, Coen, Hope Vale, Cooktown, Lockhart River, Wujal Wujal and Mossman Gorge communities.
The role monitors and reviews all Opportunity Product data entered within the Family Empowerment Database to ensure data integrity, training and administration support to the Opportunity Product Team, while assisting the Opportunity Product Manager and Opportunity Product Lead to reach KPI’s. This role assists with delivery of Opportunity products, working with Opportunity Product mentors in all the Opportunity Hubs across the Cape for continuous improvements. The role will play a big role in supporting the backend of processes with an array of our products and services and other future initiatives.
Use your Certificate III in Community Services, Business or equivalent work experience, good Microsoft Office skills, well developed written and verbal communication skills and make a difference to achieve change for our clients. Your good knowledge of indigenous cultures, capacity to build and sustain respectful professional relationships and develop diverse and strong networks will also be highly regarded.
