Agnes Lloyd is an executive leader with more than 10 years of experience leading strategic reform, driving innovation in complex social environments, and improving services across the government and not-for-profit sectors.
Agnes has dedicated much of her career to Cape York, working alongside First Nations leaders, communities, partner organisations and corporate stakeholders to strengthen systems, build capability and improve outcomes for children, families and communities. She has led complex reform initiatives across financial literacy, education, employment, early childhood and community development, with a strong focus on practical, community-led solutions that create lasting impact.
Passionate about the future of Cape York, Agnes believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and that meaningful, lasting change is achieved when governments, communities and partners work together to remove barriers and create opportunity. She remains committed to empowering local people, strengthening communities and supporting positive outcomes for generations to come.
